Work life balance: High flexibility, in some departments you will get flexibility to come to office occasionally, no attendance punching tantrums, sometimes you get so bored in the home that you will decide to go to the office, Ideal place for admin and HR, support function team, only issue is you need to come to office for preparation of some festivals, employee engagement activities. The India unit has some major issues to fix. Certain employees can get away with doing very little work, which puts additional work on other team members who are hard working and deliver well. This eventually leads to their burnout. To maintain female headcount numbers , the organization is ready to give preferential treatment to certain employees who are literally working part time while getting full time salary.
