Here manager behaviour is very unprofessional, they will enter in your personal life and always ask to work on weekoff. 2. No fixed time for work as anyone will call on 2 am and you need to resolve their issue. 3. They promise for incentive, but I have never received any incentive in past 9 months 4. Our acem is so rude and disrespectful, he will disrespect us any time in front of everyone 5. If you do good job , no one will appreciate you and they will say it's not a big deal , but believe me if a small issue occur they will blame you for everything. 6. My work is to check cx and management, but they will ask you to uplift assets , like he make us carry fridge on first floor, they will ask you to carry water jars to put on floor .
