1. No WFH some senior people enjoying WFH but anyone who required WFH in genuine issue Manager are not providing. 2. No facility for food , good food, No Cab. 3. HR is completely Puppet they are not able to do anything whatever manager will HR will do, they don't have the power. 4. Lot of favoritism is happening. 5. Very toxic work culture. 6. WFH is biggest issue if not possible don't give any one but some people enjoying WFH and some of the people are not getting is not equality. All HR is puppet. If You have any other company offer then don't join Digit you will regret till last. Or take it offer letter for counter only don't excite to join, Wrost company ever seen in my life. Very very Bad and toxic work culture specially in Pune office seniour who are in higher position are creating bad work environment day by day....Read More

Does not have work life balance. No management support. Entire IT department decision taking power is on one man in the company, who does not even give reply or rejects the permission without understanding the situation or having a discussion. Even HR is not helpful and always take the side of management.
