Dislikes

1. Parking issue 2.work life balance is zero 3. There are frequent changes in SOP 4. No job security 5. Senior director ask any one on any time to leave the job just like "Ab aap kalse mat ana" 6. Zero clarity about work 7.Sourcer and SAM work is overloaded at the same time KAM are chilling.

1. Understanding Collegues & Managers 2. Positive Office Environment 3. Salary on time 4. Freedom to speech and act 5. Enough work that you wont feel boredom

Dislikes

1. Focusing on unneccery reports and analysis such as OTIF even when customer doesnt give any response to it. 2. Too much work load on each individuals 3. Very poor after sales support to the customer, there should be a saperate department for this. 4. Internal process are very complicated, eg. Approvals, new tech developments 5. Novalue for hard work, its just their job 6. Freedom to speech but no one cares what you are speaking 7.
