People are hiring their own relatives in same team a director is managing the ui development team but he himself has outdated skills no nothing about development just designing still he is managing developers and continuosly giving them unrealistic tasks if somehow you take do it he takes all the credit if you dont its your own fault also his own real brother in law is in same team who gets all the appraisal benifits in the same team there's a team lead and her brother is also in same team 3 other girls live in same appartments so basically all the politics are prepared outside the office while they share the ride on the way to office and then executed in office most of them got hired on basis of connections also the manager openly says that he will favour nepotism do whatever you can and hr department knows it all still no action just horrible never join the design team in noida managed by biggoted manager/director...Read More

HR are not good like shivani and kanika they are doing politics. Not good for management,they don't have decided making only puppet. They fire me without giving any reason only follow my manger words Mr. Harmeet Singh nagpal. Too much work pressure start working 9am to 11pm night with my 1yr old kid .
