Everything will be nice and great opportunity for fresher to learn and develop their knowledge.

Dislikes

No sufficient transport facilities are there to the office. Some pressure will be there. They won’t provide sufficient time for the models. Less salary hikes but more work. No bonuses. No team outings. No client interaction. Nothing will be there other than work and salary that too less salaries.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. Very supportive seniors are there. But sometimes even they will have no patience to explain us because of work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
