Initial one year learning is fine but the work is very repetitive and learning stops and after some time.

The amount of work assigned is too much and their deadlines are toooooo ambitious. We are also never awarded for the same. The work culture is very bad. there are very few skilled employees so the learning stops after one year.

Everything literally everything. Too much micro management. When you are a puppet of few people you are treated good else thrown out for silly reasons. They won’t send you ( severance bro ) instead they will make you resign. People don’t even know to manage there. It is literally a pressure cooker to work on. No personal time. It used to be good Right now if you are in the right team it's good for you or else could be hell What i like was that i got to learn a lot and met a lot of good people Environment is pretty chill

Lots to say here, First, if your manager hates you no matter what you do, you won't get any increments I did overtimes and still didn't get shit The culture is very toxic right now, people are getting fired all over the place The work is also pretty much maintenance at this point. No flexibility in work timings as well Bad af food Won't suggest this company to anyone
