Nothing to like at the company , can go through all the odds due to the people working as higher management

Overall the company is good , but due to the people in higher management will be always looking of the cons of the person and pressurise, the pros are not even in consideration even if communicated and also the managerial refer persons can all the privileges like hikes, mentorship,..etc, the people who come on their own and work for the company are trash in view of the management.

Good organization with lovely people. Extensive training will be provided , if you're from another domain. Great training plan to enable newbees to catch up with the ongoing projects. Half yearly bonus is a plus.

Dislikes

Limited technology work. You'll be mostly working on SQL server , with very little amount of work related to .Net. Career growth is dead end , as no new technologies to learn. Annual hikes are average , even when organization is doing very well in terms of revenue.
