Nothing much to like. What the company projects during hiring and the reality after you join are contrasting

Dislikes

The sub function Manager has not Subject expertise yet he continues to lead the sub function since he has blind support of HR Head. One can not learn anything under this leadership. Sr. Director and Department heads do not come out of their cost cabin to interact with employees on floor. Think twice before you accept offer from this organization.
