I am very much happy I worked with this organization. Somehow there was some family issue thatsy I left. Overall company is very very much gud for employee. 100% employee satisfaction. Very much gud environment. Even good place to work with.

Dislikes

Companies hire authority is biased for some employees. People who doesn't have proper training for the product they got promoted and the one who has proper knowledge they just saw the face of new guy. It's not me who faced this issue there are people who was facing the same issue. I was happy I was having no problem with this.

Very much interesting and lots of learning.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
