Bunch of supportive people to work with. Product is moving towards new age technologies. No variable component in the salary Growing organisation. Good office space.

Dislikes

Can have better standardised process/policies in place to address Employees' requests rather than employees' raising adhoc requests and multiple follow ups. Lot of room for Employee benefits/perks, employee engagement activities. Work environment some time doesn't feel like a product organisation. Appraisals or salaries doesn't reflect a product company
