Everything to dislike. Company culture, work flexibility, compensation, growth opportunity, everything is poor. I was literally harassed for breaching employment terms without any proof.

Work environment and culture- The people at the office will make you feel at home and even if you are going through any sort of stress the people over there will make you feel at ease. There are few managers who will treat you like a family, I was in vismith sir team who is one of the great manager who will guide you each and everything without any hesitation and make you feel comfortable with work and company culture

Office is located near KIA which is almost 35km away from city life and work from office is mandatory, wfh option will be given after few months of joining and that too for genuine reasons.

Office located outskirts of city is only one disadvantage's but a pleasant scenery and great office atmosphere makes it worth coming
