I've observed that many hardworking employees are not recognized or not given appraisals, while those close to senior management or the friends children of senior managers receive recognition despite limited contributions. During my time working with Harshita, it was evident that she primarily focused on a select few individuals whowere close to her, neglecting others who were equally deserving but who not involved in office politics. There are few managers who will treat you like a family, I was in vismith sir team who is one of the great manager who will guide you each and everything without any hesitation and make you feel comfortable with work and company culture

Office is located near KIA which is almost 35km away from city life and work from office is mandatory, wfh option will be given after few months of joining and that too for genuine reasons.
