I have learn new things and so many things in my company. This is my first job and the work environment is good.

Job security - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

No growth and position has not changed from 2 years. There is no value for the hardworking people. I'm seriously dissatisfied with that.Main thing is showing partiality.

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
