Not good for female employees, as they ask you to work late night, which disturbs your family time. Both personal and company growth opportunities are limited, they hardly have 3-4 big accounts. They promise for Canada onsite, but no one ever went there, it's just a carrot. Overall if you look they hardly have 1 or 2 employees working onsite.
