A large codebase is still plsql and proc based. So everyone is required to work on all these to support legacy flow and applications. This is somewhat a downside. Other than that pay is below industry structure. People working of a lesser pay than what they can easily get outside.

For freshers who starts his career they will benefited. There is a team called finops., they say this is investment banking, please don't trust. This is full and full retirement platform. They will say like this and hiring the employees and suffering.

Actually the company is very good, but people who are in high level they are very very bad. As per my experience, I know every place we do have face this issue. But this is not compare as usual thing. We always should be their good books. We can only get senior specialist promotion after that whatever you do nothing you will get.
