Dislikes

Unpaid overtimes. Unplanned/unscientific targets. High work pressure. Minimum 3hours overtime a day. Saturday and Sunday's are fixed off for name sake but in real we need to forget weekends.

No proper management , i resigned due to my mother medical condition but after that no one is cooperating it has been around 2 month still my salary and full and final settlement is pending from company ends . For assets return and for exit process i took all effort by writing multiple mail to company but no response from company side till now i am writing mails but no one is responding when it will be complated or what is the reason for so much delay I have to pay bills for my mother treatment and all but they are not even releasing my salary and no one is responding when i will get. Once you get in company exit process will be impossible company will not release salary or give you document and no one will tell you reason why it is on hold and you will only have to take effort for everything company will not take any intiative they dont care how much critical your problem is, they will even not respond to your mails on anything . WORST MANAGEMENT

Good work specially related to tech modernization and cloud related.

Dislikes

... all these to support legacy flow and applications. This is somewhat a downside. Other than that pay is below industry structure. People working of a lesser pay than what they can easily get outside.

Donot have much work pressure so you can focus on your personal life too. Good compensation and benefits provided by company.

Dislikes

Lot of existing internal promoted manager are not grommed and lack in managerial skills. They got promotion on basis of there tenure in company.

As a company Empower is good with benefits, decent yearly appraisal and bonus. Free food, health insurance and cab facility.

Dislikes

Politics is too much within the team (this happens in most of the corporates). Performance is not the step for promotion or good hike, you have to be your managers favourite. You can't expect to be moving to a different team or position as IJP's are already fixed to your favourite person.
