The only thing I like there is, my coolings and thair awesome behavior to learner, they are too good to teach that's it, otherwise it's not that place where you can make your dreams fullfill 😔

In that company I must say compensation is not according your work and quality,also growth is too slow, partial behavior with senior or junior,the work preser and aspectation is verrrry high.sometime I have to work there 14-16 Hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening sometimes late into the night, boss do not vellue an individual's unique strengts,which is I have to step back my suggestion most of the tim es.i do received apriciation from my client but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisal.also there is no discipline to do salary on time sometimes they give us salary after 2 or 3 months and also they do not have good trainer,on-job training for freshers, completely time west to work there.......!!!...Read More
