It is promoted as a leading edge organization and has the potential to really be up there in a world-leading class organization. It was promoted as the flagship project for the country and was at a stage. The diversity of people and number of cultures created an interesting and positive challenging work environment

Dislikes

Sadly there are several very heroic individuals who are interested only in furthering their own selfish images and gains leading to a very big negative influence on company culture. What is portrayed on the surface is indeed grossly defunct and deficient below the surface? I was fortunate to be able to lead and head up some very exciting and successful projects under a great set of management but unfortunately, that reporting line changed and things went from good to bad to worse.
