Dislikes

The management of the senior management especially the part which came from quovantis is horrible. Too much politics. They only want the quovantis employees to stay and they are systematically throwing out old emidsians. The quovantis team is totally worthless and corrupt to the core.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
