Financially sound promoters (Reddys) but all finances goes in the pocket of upper management & their aides working in company

1. sales guys are beggars in this comp 2. no job security of sales guys 3. seniors do zero business. they survive on our business 4. zomato, swiggy, underwear, house renovation, personal vacation bills of ceo and coo are shown as TPA expenses in books. Working condition are good if one prefer to stay on the same designation for the long time

Dislikes

No job security and favouritism culture. Some employees are like adopted employees for the company they can do business without ethics.

Management is worst, there is no work life balance, no role of the HR, worst place for female employees. No job security and there is no career growth. Highly not recommended place to work.
