Previously they are good with People management but from last 2 to 3 years they are just managing theirself for Business they don't work for their people Seniors are just caring about their job not for people's who are working for them.

To Secure His Job He used to take Job of MR. 2) When Issue goes to HR, HR get Managed And Does what NSM and PMT says. 3) HR person Does Not give Proper Settlement.
