Onboarding is a wishful suicide Mid level management is very toxic. You bosses try to rule over your life. My boss even operated my phone without my permission in the name "itna kya ghar se phone aata hai". You will be traumatized every night by the thought of seeing toxic people next morning. HR will never ever choose what is correct. They will favor only their seniors just to get into good books. Your own bosses will try to frame you just to escape bullets. No teaching, No guidance, No constructive learning. Your boss will magically recall daily pending work the moment you decide to end your shift. No memory whole the day. Very bad culture. Always doing politics. Upper management and HR is not strict. Always pressing for pushing goods. Company totally depends on the pushing goods. Very worst upper management. I have not suggesting this type of culture anyone.

Previously they are good with People management but from last 2 to 3 years they are just managing theirself for Business they don't work for their people Seniors are just caring about their job not for people's who are working for them.

It was great working with the company, as it has limited policies with respect to employee especially Jammu plant. Hr head is working like he owns the company.

To Secure His Job He used to take Job of MR. 2) When Issue goes to HR, HR get Managed And Does what NSM and PMT says. 3) HR person Does Not give Proper Settlement. I am thoroughly enjoying my work being in capex and opex procurement of engineering goods. Bosses are non toxic and colleagues are very supportive.

Dislikes

Salary appraisals are very poor and does not depend on performance. Also no guarantee of promotion even if you have worked for a long time.
