They doesn't want experience people they will kick your a** and layoff you. Management having all time focus on manpower reduction. I am thoroughly enjoying my work being in capex and opex procurement of engineering goods. Bosses are non toxic and colleagues are very supportive.

Dislikes

Salary appraisals are very poor and does not depend on performance. Also no guarantee of promotion even if you have worked for a long time.
