Work culture is pathetic One can be fired anytime without any prior intimation, starting from cluster head, divisional head and Sales head people are damn corrupted. They so business with putting their own month and ask entire team members from Territory Manager (front line sales manager till sales head including divisional head) all of them pay to show sale (it's fake sakes by the way) and to secure their respective job also they all need to pay One who are genuine employee will not be recognized Any support team member will not be counted or recognized on their work or KRA or work related.
