I worked for embee for 2 years and I like about embee is my colleagues they are very supportive.

Dislikes

I worked for embee for 2 years in embee you can not see your growth. There management is very pathetic. There is no good amount of salay also there is no appraisal. If you doing good for the company. You finished your project in time then also there is no value of your work.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
