Company organize employee engagement activities for employees' refreshments. Everyone participates in it with interest and enjoys a lot. Such activities create different environment at work and brings lots of fun and excitement.

I haven't faced any cons to date... So cannot speak anything about it.

There is no hard and fast working timings. Time flexibility is there. So, I can handle other responsibility of mine in comfortable manner. Work also not getting affected. Good policy.

There is no vendor for food in the cafeteria. They told that it is temporary bcoz of COVID. Not a big problem as majority of us are doing WFH

Nothing to like as they don’t provide anything which is useful or beneficial

They first hired 40 peoples as they were getting a new project but unfortunately that didn’t worked out and they layed off the employees within 20 days of joining just by giving lame excuses that we failed the assessment.

A joke here and there, team building activities, festival competition and such things contribute towards making it fun work culture. This helps in relieving the work pressure. Necessary. I love it!

At time, you have to work on multiple projects. I look at it as an opportunity to acquire new skills.

I like the work culture of this company. I feel it’s productive and engaging. Also, there is good co-ordination and understanding among the teams. I am happy to work in such an environment.

This company engage employee to post positive reviews in review and comments. 2. Do not have reliable clients and job stability. 3. Hire and fire rule based on certification. 4. Poor management.. Higher management are selfish Very poor business ethics... No proper work culture... Dishonest management.. No commitment from management. Several times of change in policy.

The senior management, HRs and Managers – all of them are available for one to one communication. Rare to find in today’s times. They listen patiently to you. Be it your problems, suggestions……even ideas for that matter! I have experienced it myself.

Why I am saying this? Well, "it provides security and stability of an established company on one side, while on the other, the mind-set and atmosphere is that of a startup" Here, it is a blend of both the worlds. Dual benefits!!!

Since I started working over here, My creative abilities has enhanced. As creativity is encouraged, it has become a practice of sorts to comes up with creative ideas each time. At least thinking on those tracks. Work becomes exciting and I don't feel bored easily..
