I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! The only thing i liked in EMSPL was my colleagues nothing else.

My experience with EMSPL was very terrible. We worked day and night for our client, but our company took all the credit from our client and didn't even pay us for our work. my salary was unpaid for 3 months. when asked they told they don't have the money to pay us. i was a bachelor so i didn't have much worries but my colleague weremarried they suffered a lot because of this company. they threatened us to relocate or to quit our job to get our salary. So we agreed to quit as our project came to an end. We had a negotiation with our client and agreed to pay for us. especially us. but EMSPL took the money paid their taxes and forced us to sign the settlement letter to give our salary that too they gave us only a months salary.
