Only that you come in at 7.30am and leave sharp at 3.30pm

Dislikes

Overdependence on consultants which leads to not relying on own staff and derogatory for their development. Very of the JD requires real responsibility. It is up to you to review techinical & financial submissions or nothing at all. Even though expert in-house staff are present , their views matter little as long as they toe in linewith business minded "Consultants" who are paid by to do work and their pay depends to them getting their contracts stretched and getting even more new ones....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
