No work life balance Delayed Salary Nothing to learn They mostly have final year intern as employee. While hiring they tells role as ML, AI etc but force them to work on circuit testing. They threaten intern to give negative feedback to their college. Eldaas will force u to work what they want , not what ur skills are. They ask a CSengineer to design a circuit. They ask people to dig mud on name of testing. They don't have proper team for any thing. No ethics They tells something while hiring gives zeros post joining. They force women employee to go through forest to their home alone at 9 PM. In time in office is fixed but out time is not fixed.
