There are many things which the company provide but due to negligence of the middle management, the lower level workers never get the chance to avail all those. Also all events and functions are there, but they are only reserved for employees working.

There is tremendous follow up and pressure for filling vaccancies and there is pressure if the new recruit doesnt perform well. My advice : Please give some time to recruit the right person and then we can expect results.

Good on field sales training given by senior managers. RBM very supportive. HR very supportive. Team wise very good. culture wise very good. My second company. Small salary when i joined. 1st increment in 6 months. 2nd increment in the next 4 months. Aggressive culture.

Dislikes

Geographical reporting. Sometimes interior kerala network issue. HR not understanding the same. I feel geo reporting is good, becuase it push you to go to field on time and show the same in performance.

There is no reason why company should not give more offers to customers where other MNC give good offer for business. Management : Please give slight more offers. Getting sample from company is very difficult. Again doesnt make any sense.
