...er it's my worst dicision to join this organisation whole team was terrible and even he didn't giving a salary and expenses and when I call him and mail a company so he didn't respond my call even emails I am working at Lucknow hq whole Lucknow manager are terrible and not to trust in this company and don't join this organisation

...level, company listens very well the market dynamics which is very important. Benefits : Very good pay package. HAving worked in many big companies their package is amongst the highest. Allowances are great at every level from BE to SM. Team lunch and dinner allowance is good. Health insurance with maternity benefit for the entire team is excellent.

Dislikes

There is tremendous follow up and pressure for filling vaccancies and there is pressure if the new recruit doesnt perform well. My advice : Please give some time to recruit the right person and then we can expect results.

...ery supportive. Team wise very good. culture wise very good. My second company. Small salary when i joined. 1st increment in 6 months. 2nd increment in the next 4 months. Aggressive culture.

Dislikes

Geographical reporting. Sometimes interior kerala network issue. HR not understanding the same. I feel geo reporting is good, becuase it push you to go to field on time and show the same in performance.

Field Sales. Very supportive RBM and very supportive team. I got good package and increments were good. Trip incentives are the best in this company for employees. Value Incentives are good. But difficult to achieve. Anything that company manufacturers is free to the employees. I get free drugs for my mother and father every month. Thats additional 3000 Rs. for me.

Dislikes

There is no reason why company should not give more offers to customers where other MNC give good offer for business. Management : Please give slight more offers. Getting sample from company is very difficult. Again doesnt make any sense.

I joined Elbrit in 2019. And pandemic started. Company paid 100% salary throughout pandemic, very supportive and understanding. Through pandemic was able to meet only limited customers. Not much sales increment. I was offered Area Manager in Lupin and switched company. Managers taught me well. RBM to ABM - all super supportive and motivate me. Very good corporate work culture. Major benefit is if you work well in Elbrit, you will be easily selected by Lupin / Sun pharma / Alkem. Before Elbrit, i work in small local company with so many problems. I tried interview for Sun Pharma, Cipla - no one take me. After my Elbrit Experience, wherever there is vacancy they interview and take me and my experience seriously. Very important for young professional like me.

Dislikes

I joined in start of pandemic and exited by end of pandemic. So i was not offered any training or company yearly meetings or budget meetings. Wish there were more team outings. Nothing much negative to say. Many restrictions in giving product offers to customers, which is a big headache from customer side.
