Even though you got good increments because of your hard work your job security is zero. You can't learn anything from ELBRIT. No training. If you are not laugh for waste jokes by the RBM, you will be terminated. RBM will force you to drink.

Dislikes

Only SM will work hard, but the RBM will come to the territory to give only CRM, nothing can learn from RBM, particular in chennai ELBRIT main division, he don't know how to speak and he don't English. Worst RBM and politics. HR was totally waste.
