Work culture is superb, I am encouraged to be innovative and try new things. The work-life balance is great, and the team is filled with talented people. There is no punch-in and punch-out system which is one of the most overlooked pros of working here.

Dislikes

No work from home during normal weeks, however when taking vacation we are allowed to take work from home.
