Senior Executive - Pvt. Label

Job Summary:

The Associate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding suitable vendors for

ElasticRun's private label products. This involves researching potential vendors,

reaching out to them, presenting our private label program, negotiating terms, and

ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent

communication skills, a strong understanding of the vendor landscape, and the

ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1-Vendor Identification and Research:

Proactively research and identify potential vendors who can meet ElasticRun's

quality standards and production capabilities for private label products.

Analyse market trends and identify product categories with high potential for private

label development.

Conduct due diligence on potential vendors, including assessing their production

capacity, quality control processes, and financial stability.

2-Vendor Outreach and Engagement:

Develop and execute outreach strategies to connect with potential vendors.

Effectively communicate the benefits of partnering with ElasticRun for private label

products.

Present our private label program to potential vendors, highlighting the opportunities

for growth and collaboration.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with vendors.

3-Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendor contacts.

Act as the primary point of contact for vendors during the onboarding process and

beyond.

Address vendor inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.

4-Market Analysis and Reporting:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product

opportunities. Track and report on key metrics, such as the number of vendors

onboarded, product categories covered, and cost savings achieved.

Education: Any bachelors degree

Experience:2-5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, sales, or

business development, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.

Experience in private label development is a plus.

Skills:

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.  

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.  

Knowledge of the vendor landscape in relevant product categories.
