● Indian real estate is earmarked to be a $650 billion market in 2025 and a $1 trillion worth sector in 2030. With 85%+ construction still unorganized in India, Brick&Bolt is on a path to capture the massive and super-broken market using our technology and processes.

● Expanding to more than 12 cities in 15 months. With the Series A2 round, Brick&Bolt has raised a total of $16 million. Earlier Sequoia Surge, Fundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital.

About the Role :

We are looking for a contractor liaison for Brick&Bolt, you'll be responsible for researching and negotiating contracts, maintaining relationships with contractors, and ensure their satisfaction. You'll be on-field, with previous on-field experience preferred. Regular quality reviews and reporting to management are also part of your role.

Responsibilities:

• Research contractors to find the best products and prices available within a given market.
• Conduct interviews and meetings with new contractors.
• Negotiate new and existing vendor contracts.
• Regular engagements with contractors including highlighting the escalating issue and ensuring contractor experience issues are addressed promptly.
• Act as the first interface of Brick&Bolt.
• Requires being on-field, Previous experience of on-field role will be a big plus.
• Maintaining a professional relationship with the contractors to check their satisfaction levels
• Weekly and monthly reviews to monitor the quality and workmanship of the contractors and prepare reports for the management.
