No given overtime salary, and go give week off for 1-2 month at diwali, HR laying for your benifit. And not responsible. And no give any transport charges. I have paid 20% of my salary for travel to office.

As a said earlier, the company is good but they have the poorest management from top to bottom… The management has created a completely biased & pathetic work culture… So, if you love buttering your managers & can help them to earn enormously by misusing company policy, you are a good fit here. The Flipkart portal shows you a 5 daysworking & week offs on Saturdays & Sundays…. But you have to go to the office on Saturdays also & even work on Sundays too…....Read More

I joined Flipkart as a delivery boy and after many efforts I got designation of team lead. Previously Flipkart is helping there lower category employees. Senior team is good before Walmart undertaking.

There is no time limits for work; they said to work only 9 hours , but in my past 8 years, I always works more then 12 hours. In the big billion I worked 36 hrs continuously. Current status- Facilities for ground staff is 0 Facilities for delivery boys is 0 Faistival celebration is 0 Increment for off roll employee is 0 They change your employer because they don’t want to give you gratuity Losses marked on team leads for removing them Hiring process is only based on referral if you have contact join here as AM RM HI no experience needed You never enjoy any faistival with your family because we working here 24*7*365 no Holi no Dewali no Rakhi no Independence Day no your family function. Management team like HR, RM, AM of LM large team not supportive and behaviour also very poor. They are thinking employees are like a servent there not working time limit you had to work 24/7. Management team only support his personal candidate.
