Full of politics in between HMT and management managers, no job security as they hired on 3 party payroll. The giving the lollipop that they will promote you guys. The working time is more than 12 hours, i personally worked 16 hours in BBD but not even single penny given to me. No employee care department was there.

No given overtime salary, and go give week off for 1-2 month at diwali, HR laying for your benifit. And not responsible. And no give any transport charges. I have paid 20% of my salary for travel to office.

As a said earlier, the company is good but they have the poorest management from top to bottom… The management has created a completely biased & pathetic work culture… So, if you love buttering your managers & can help them to earn enormously by misusing company policy, you are a good fit here. Management team like HR, RM, AM of LM large team not supportive and behaviour also very poor. They are thinking employees are like a servent there not working time limit you had to work 24/7. Management team only support his personal candidate.

Worst HR and Managers. They only want there targets to be fulfilled at any cost and no resolution to ground staff problems. HR is the worst in Flipkart. Feverism is there and appraisal will be given to only favourite employees.

No good culture, no increament, no good management, no job security. You don't paid you own deduction. No learning, No promotion. Don't try to join flipkart otherwise you will feel failure in spite of skilled and a strong experience just because of no growth and learning organisation. Process, Leadership, On time salary, 2 wk off in alternate week.

Slow system, Longer waiting time for a request. Slow decision making, slow work results. Lesser focus on hubs. Long work hours. Avg 12 hours per day or more. 1 wk off in alternate week. No increment of ground level employees. Few grades had no increment since 2 year inspite of getting EE rating.
