However, I feel compelled to share my concerns regarding the lack of growth opportunities and recognition within the organization during this time. While I takeimmense pride in being part of Ekart's journey, the absence of professional advancement has been discouraging. Many of us on the ground work tirelessly to ensure seamless operations, often going above and beyond to uphold the company’s standards. Yet, the lack of avenues for career progression and acknowledgment of this effort impacts morale and motivation. I believe that fostering a culture of growth and recognizing contributions can greatly enhance both individual and organizational success. Nothing, Because Some RM & HRs are worked monopoly . That's why maximum employees are unable to their work happily. They are always trying to dominate to employee & scares. If any employee do not accept their order, then transfer & PIP ready for him. So, that now a days few area manger are resigned their current post. If you want to their name I will share to you.

Please balance with old or new employee. You have to pay the new employee of higher salary like new rate of card and your old empleyee working less salary of against of new employee. Which are created the issue of old employee mind and this is the best reasone to move on another platform. Sorry to say.....

I joined Flipkart as a delivery boy and after many efforts I got designation of team lead. Previously Flipkart is helping there lower category employees. Senior team is good before Walmart undertaking.

There is no time limits for work; they said to work only 9 hours , but in my past 8 years, I always works more then 12 hours. In the big billion I worked 36 hrs continuously. Current status- Facilities for ground staff is 0 Facilities for delivery boys is 0 Faistival celebration is 0 Increment for off roll employee is 0 They change your employer because they don’t want to give you gratuity Losses marked on team leads for removing them Hiring process is only based on referral if you have contact join here as AM RM HI no experience needed You never enjoy any faistival with your family because we working here 24*7*365 no Holi no Dewali no Rakhi no Independence Day no your family function.
