Nothing, Because Some RM & HRs are worked monopoly . That's why maximum employees are unable to their work happily. They are always trying to dominate to employee & scares. As a said earlier, the company is good but they have the poorest management from top to bottom… The management has created a completely biased & pathetic work culture… So, if you love buttering your managers & can help them to earn enormously by misusing company policy, you are a good fit here. Managers and Sr. Managers are very selfish and if you female bold candidates then flipkart is the best organization for you. Otherwise you have to oiling and brushes your managers then only you can survive. If you wants to get the good apprisal rating then you must have to bribe your manager or sr. Manager (ex. You have to gift one iPhone for your sr. Manager)

Working with flipkart gave a wonderful experience, office culture and friendly team. and learnt a lot from fellow colleagues, worked with passion and comfort zone i would recommend this place to work.
