Working hours will extend to 12 to 16 hours, manager behaviour is rude, salary increment is not satisfactory, others benefits are avarage, promotion and appraisal is not satisfactory.

Very worst company it is very un understanding staff , managers don't have common sense not understand actual situation from those stupid hubs , no one can take initiate from ground level staff for operations no care

Working with flipkart gave a wonderful experience, office culture and friendly team. and learnt a lot from fellow colleagues, worked with passion and comfort zone i would recommend this place to work.

While working with flipkart 2 years, 4 months never got any appraisals or salary hike. this is the only this personally i dislike about flipkart.
