Company provides a safe space for all employees and is very employee friendly. Especially the HR policies and procedures were great.

Still works like an Indian red taped company and forgotten its startup culture. even though being a tech driven organisation, the standard of technology employed was poor compared to its peers.

Worst HR and Managers. They only want there targets to be fulfilled at any cost and no resolution to ground staff problems. HR is the worst in Flipkart. Feverism is there and appraisal will be given to only favourite employees.
