Full of politics in between HMT and management managers, no job security as they hired on 3 party payroll. The giving the lollipop that they will promote you guys. The working time is more than 12 hours, i personally worked 16 hours in BBD but not even single penny given to me. No employee care department was there.

Working with flipkart gave a wonderful experience, office culture and friendly team. and learnt a lot from fellow colleagues, worked with passion and comfort zone i would recommend this place to work.

Dislikes

While working with flipkart 2 years, 4 months never got any appraisals or salary hike. this is the only this personally i dislike about flipkart.
