In KCI Data quality team you won't get any promotions even if you are performing or not performing and then giving you lame excuses for no promotions. Team handling is highly poor. Very unskilled leaders in the team they will never motivate you for doing well they will always nag you. Even if you complain about with HR nothing has been changed. I really don't know about much research team but data quality and Data capture miserable place to work....Read More
