Lab equiped with top notch analytical instruments like LCMS,GCMS HRMS, HPLC etc. Overall Infrastructure is really good. For freshers it's a perfect place for learning and skill development.

1. Take home Salary less that they proposed in CTC. Salary deduction based on management mood. In Average 850-2500 salary they deducted. 2. You are suppose to ask to work in National holidays also. Though you will get compensatory off but when you going to take the compensatory leave sometimes they start doing drama. 3. There is no fixed managemental policy , always does changes after some times. 4. For freshers they signed 5 years bond and for 3-5 yr experience person bond duration is 3 yrs. This bond is useless. Everyone breach this bond when they got better opportunity. In india labour bond is totally illegal. No body will resing after 1 yr or 6 month If company provide proper salary, good and healthy working environment and fair managemental policy. 5. Increment is very less and biased. 6.
