Worst work culture. You not able to learn anything from company seniors once you ask any doubts.always have to give ching chang to them. Working hours is more. U have to forget your personal life. Work management.Employees in management also giving bad feedback to higher officials basically doing CCTV camera activities monitoring your break time wash room time. No work life balance. Very work culture and enviroment. Most of the employees are with mental pressure. High politics with employees.if you need to stay here you need to chinchan ro senior employees.very worst HR departments i don't know what is the purpose of them. If you need to be a politician definetly this place is for you. Don't expect worklife balance in edveon.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
