The culture over here is pretty good. Get to learn a lot of things daily. Every day is new here. Managers are very supportive and helpful.

I don't have any dislikes because all the dislikes are similar and are found in every organisation. According to me discussing things with the Manager and HR resolves the problem.

There is no boss and employee here. We are all associates working for a common goal. Though I came with a lot of experience everyday I get something new to learn from my associates here. We have freedom to express give suggestions, I always feel like this is my first home.
