non bureaucratic set up , low average age of employees , a very progressive organisation . very fair and impartial when it comes to payouts / salaries timeliness .

Dislikes

lacks a clear promotion ( vertical progression ) and level change policy with employees at HO getting promotions often and many , which makes the process opaque and sends a disheartening message to those posted at locations other than HO

Very poorly managed company. Executive committee senior leadership is very poor in terms of decisions and market intelligence. Use of abusive language is must-do daily activity. Travelling allowance of few hundred rupees are not approved by business heads. Executive committee has no idea about Quality concepts like six sigma, ISO etc. All data is fudged and presented to everyone. Even awards are bought. People at ground level and front end are treated like daily wagers and cattle. HR does not exist in the company. Verbal abuse and physical scuffles are ignored by HR and waived in the favor of seniority. Very unsafe place to work. No security whatsoever neither job nor health....Read More

Pathetic bunch of primitive primates. Heads are not worth being even managers. Every head is better than other in abusing. Heads are sitting in big profiles, no ideas, big designations, poor personality, big cars, nowhere to go, big cabins, used for big long abusive sessions.
