- ECap Equities sold a 3.43% stake in Nuvama Wealth Management for approximately Rs 833.2 crore, while Edel Finance Co. offloaded a 3.77% equity stake for about Rs 926.3 crore.
- In September, Edelweiss Services sold a stake worth Rs 1,481.2 crore in Nuvama Wealth, and in August, Edelweiss Financial Chairperson Rashesh Chandrakant Shah sold shares worth over Rs 248.2 crore.
