Manager Client Servicing

The key job tasks and responsibilities are as follows:

• Total relevant 5+ years experience in servicing, broking & operational background
• Basic knowledge of Markets & broking
• Client servicing
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially excel)
• Ensure effective communication with investors and other internal & external stakeholders as per the defined processes.
• Close Coordination with Sales, Business Development, and other internal stakeholders.
• Effective compliance with applicable KYC, AML and other associated requirements as per SEBI/RBI guidelines.

Strict Adherence to SLAs timelines and Deliverables with all Internal & External Stakeholders and highlight the deviations suitably, if any.

Functional Competencies:

• Manage Client Onboarding & Client Service Desk for the Domestic AIF/PMS Products segment of EWM.
• Ensure smooth launch of new products and servicing of existing products in terms of Client KYC, Onboarding, AML and periodic KYC activities.
• Coordinate with Domestic Business Partners for new launches, Subscriptions, Redemptions, Drawdowns and other related stuff.
• Effective Query resolution pertaining to existing and new launches.
• Adherence to and improvement of laid down Operations Policies and Processes in the best interest of Business, Business Partners and all stakeholders.
• Timely communication to/with Clients, Business Partners and Internal Stakeholders.
